Standard Stock Teak Deck Panels
Standard Teak Deck Panels can be installed by skilled owners or your local professional boat carpenter. Panels are ready to cut and fit to deck. Standard panels are 1/2″ thick, nominal width is 23 13/16″, also available 11 13/16″ half wide to minimize waste and save money. Panel lengths are from 5 to 10 feet. This will help to reduce waste, but just plan the layout before ordering your Teak Deck Panels.
- Planks are 1 13/16″ wide and the seam is 3/16″. This 2″ plank/seam width will make it easy to lay out your deck
- Sanded, ready to cut and fit onto a deck
- Standard Panels are 1/2″ thick and 23 13/16″ wide
- Perfect size for single handed installation
- After panels are glued, there is just one seam to caulk between panels
- Panel lengths are from 5 to 10 feet. This will help reduce waste
- Custom sizes available to fit your needs and specifications

All Deck Panels are straight planking, without borders and framing. All prices are for 1/2″ thickness. We can make thicker panels on request. Just remember that our panels have full seam thickness, so over 1/2″ thick panels are seldom needed. On panels under 10 feet, teak planking is full length, no seams length wise, panel width 23 13/16″. Longer sections can be made with staggered seams in order to achieve neat and uniform appearance. Planks used on these projects are usually random lengths ranging between 5 to 10 feet. Please e-mail your specification and we will be happy to quote your decking project.
