Teak Deck Caulk

Teak Deck Caulk in Black, Grey or White

Our Teak Deck Caulk is formulated for permanent flexibility and superior UV resistance. No teak deck is better than the seam material. Re-caulking teak decks is no fun, anybody who has been there knows. Caulking is actually one of the big risks on your deck, since failing a seam means trouble.

Specially engineered, our caulk has been extensively tested in the lab and we have used it since 1996 to fabricate our Standard and Custom Teak Deck Panels. It is a one part neutral fast curing silicone sealant that cures in the presence of atmospheric moisture to produce durable and flexible silicone rubber. When the seam is properly prepared and the caulk is fully cured, the caulk will not release from the teak. Caulk is available in black, grey and white.

Caulk_seam_failedThe picture on the left shows a seam under extensive stretch. This would never happen in real installations, but we test our products until they fail. That’s the difference between knowing and guessing. Please note that the caulking itself broke, but did not come off from teak, our adhesion is superior.
