Warranty

We provide a one-year limited warranty on all teak products against failure and manufacturer defects. This warranty is void if the product is not properly maintained, damaged by misuse, or the customer uses any products to treat or maintain the wood that is not sold by Teak Deck Company.

Payments

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, by money order or by check. To transfer funds by wire, please call for instructions. If paying by check (other than a certified or bank check) we allow sufficient time for the check to clear before shipment is made. All pricing and payment is in US dollars.  All taxes and customs related fees are the customer’s responsibility. Note: custom cut chairs to set armrest height are not refundable.

Shipment

We ship via UPS. Customers with a preferred shipping method will be accommodated whenever possible. Larger packages that exceed UPS weight or size limitations are shipped by motor freight.

NOTE: Return shipping on non-defective product returns are the customers responsibility, not the responsibility of Teak Deck Company.

Damaged Goods

Since it is inevitable that a small percentage of shipments will be mishandled and damaged, customers should always inspect goods immediately upon arrival for any transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, you should report this to the shipping company at time of delivery and retain the damaged product and packaging for inspection. Please advise us immediately and we will expedite shipment of replacement product to you

NOTE: All folding hardwood products may make squeaking noises when used, especially when new and not yet “broken-in.” Thus, returns for “squeaky” products will be handled as non-defective returns.

Return of Non-Defective Products

There are no returns on non-defective merchandise after 30 days. Please contact us with questions to insure you are getting the item you expect. If you order the wrong product, and wish to return non-defective merchandise, there will be a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the customers responsibility.  Note: custom cut chairs to set armrest height are not refundable.
